This 6-hour EFIT workshop explores grief and loss from an attachment perspective. Participants will learn to conceptualize loss from an attachment-oriented, EFT perspective and to identify the goals and stages of the EFIT model as they apply to working with loss and grief. They will explore using effective attunement as an instrument of healing and operationalize the moves of the EFT Tango (macro-interventions) and EFT micro-interventions as they apply to grief and loss. The key role of resilience in grieving and attachment science as a moment-to-moment guide for shaping of change will be featured.
The workshop meets ICEEFT requirements for a 6-hour specialized EFIT short course and counts towards EFIT Therapist certification and does not meet requirements for NBCC credit.
